Successful Outdoor Flight (until the crash)

Last week we flew for the first time outdoors. The hover controller works really nicely. However, we ended the test day with a respectable crash due to a pilot mistake which completely destroyed the second prototype. Airplanes come down, always.

First Flight

After learning a lot about physics the hard way, we finally got a working system! We are now busy working on improving the controller to stabilize the robot better. See the very first flight in the video below!

Panther UAV by IAI

As per our knowledge, the phanter UAV of Israel Aerospace Industries is the only commercial system on the market which employs the same actuation principles as our concept. Check out the video below.

Base Camp
